Meet Our Team
We are three women who settled with feeling “stuck” in our own lives for way too long. Exhausted by our own stories, insecurities, and fears we support one another in moving towards our truths.
Through our services, we invite questioning educators to get honest, work through our online book club, and to find their own personal and professional freedom in the safety of our circle.
Molly Rosinski, M.Ed
Molly has been in education since 1999. She taught special education for 8 years at elementary and high school levels. She has been a school counselor at the elementary level since 2011. In addition to the training received at Mindful Schools, she has also attended a week-long training in mindfulness and 1-2 day workshops on the topic and participates in a weekly meditation group. Molly has also led several seminars to educators on teacher wellness and self-care. She is also a trauma-informed coach. Incorporating mindfulness and gratitude techniques both professionally and personally has been life-changing. She is excited to share what has worked for her and hopes to help others achieve greater satisfaction both personally and professionally.
Jessica Mascle, M.Ed
Jessica has been studying and practicing Eastern philosophies, medicine, and meditation for over twenty years on her own journey towards self-healing. She is a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist (AYS) and Yoga teacher (RYT-200). After teaching high school American History in the city of Buffalo for over a decade, she is now teaching Health to middle schoolers in the same community. With this transition, she hopes to more directly affect the minds, hearts, and bodies of our youth. In order to do that she believes deeply that the adults in schools need to “start with themselves” to find more peace, love, and harmony in their own lives.
Vicki Schroeder, M.Ed
Vicki received her Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo and a Master's Degree in Secondary Mathematics from University at Buffalo. After teaching high school math, she decided to get another Master's in School Counseling and has worked as a high school counselor in an urban high school since 2009. Through her own self-healing process, Vicki has generated an interest and practice of mindfulness, meditation and trauma-informed care. She strongly believes that in order to serve children well, the adults must also put their own wellbeing as a priority. Over the last few years, educator self-care has become another passion.
